Darren Frate | Bass Guitar
 Darren Frate teaches bass to students of all skill levels and ages. Darren attended the Berklee College of Music majoring in film scoring. He has been traveling all over the United States and Canada for the past several years backing up musicians from all styles of music. Some of the artists he’s played with include Dickie Betts of the Allman Brothers, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Ian Hunter (Cleveland Rocks), Mitch Ryder (Devil with a Blue Dress), Sam Moore (Soul Man) as well as numerous others. Darren also plays in Cleveland with many musicians ranging from jazz, rock, blues and folk.
Darren has been the lead bass guitar instructor at GitterPicker since 2005. Since then he has explained and taught his technically advanced style of playing to hundreds of students.
