SUMMER UKULELE LESSONS
We at GitterPicker are on a mission to create the greatest independent music store in Northeast, OH. To be a great music store means we must continually strive to convert the non-musicians in our community into recreational musicians by showing them that they really do have the ability and talent to make music. Our Summer 2010 promotion is geared to do two things: 1) Teach your friends and family to become musicians, and 2) Show each of you that you too can learn to play more than just one instrument.

Q: Isn't the ukulele just a toy? Do adults really play these things?

Q: How exactly do I get a free Ukulele?
A: If you are already taking guitar, bass, dulcimer, piano, violin, harmonica, or banjo lessons from us all you need to do is pre-pay June, July, and August tuition. Your prepayment for these 3 months earns you the free Ukulele and Ukulele lessons
Q: I haven’t taken lessons at GitterPicker in a while. Can I sign up for this program?
A: Yes you can. All you need to do is prepay for 3 months of lessons on any instrument.
Q: I don’t want to play the ukulele can I give it away?
A: Give it to whoever you want!
Q: Can I give the lessons away too?
A: Absolutely. Tell them to bring a friend to the lessons as well.
Q: So you are saying I can bring friends to my ukulele lessons?
A: Yes. These are going to be fun group lessons. Remember, our goal is to create musicians. That means we need each of you to bring a friend or a family member to the group lessons. Everyone will be able to sign up online. We’ll send out the directions for how to do this.
Q: What if my friend wants their own uke?
A: We sell them – of course
Q: I’ve already prepaid for my June, July, and August lessons. Where’s my FREE uke?
A: We are placing our order after this week. We are just waiting in order to determine an approximate number of ukes to purchase.
Q: I don’t want to prepay for 3 months of lessons. Can I still be a part of this program?
A: Absolutely. You have a few options. 1) Purchase a uke from us and the group lessons are free! 2) If you already own a uke then pay just $10 per group lesson. You can still sign up online.
Q: Does my free Uke include Dave’s setup?
A: Absolutely. These ukes are not toys. They are real instruments made of wood. Dave will be adjusting all of them before you take them home. Any Ukes that are defective will be sent back to our manufacturer.
Q: COUNT ME IN - When and where are the group lessons going to be held?
A: The schedule is going to be posted on our web site. We will also notify all participants via email or phone call. There will be plenty of opportunities to attend the 3 different workshops we’ll be presenting. The group lessons will be held right in the lobby of our store. More to come on that topic . . . . . .
