| Custom Pick Guard Construction

 Over time you may find that your pick guard has pulled away from the top of the instrument or is curling. Pick guard issues are typically the result of changes in humidity. If the pick guard was affixed to bare wood during manufacturing you will notice the edges begin to curl. This is because the wood is expanding and contracting with humidity but the plastic pick guard isn't. On the modern guitars where the pick guard attaches to the finish of your instrument, the glue simply gives way over time. Standard pick guards may not always fit your instrument. We can construct a custom fitted pick guard.
