Laura B. Radcliff | Chief Financial Officer, Founder
 Laura is a graduate of The Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Laura ran all operations at GitterPicker from 2003 until 2009 when she joined Edward Jones as a financial advisor in Aurora, OH. Laura continues to assist in financial analysis and POS maintenance.
Steve Radcliff | Business Development, Founder
 Steve Radcliff has been a musician in the Cleveland area since 1999. He started GitterPicker in 2003 while working as a Project Manager in IT. In January of 2009 Steve left the corporate world to focus on growing GitterPicker. Steve can be seen around town playing in a duo with harmonica musician Larnie Zellner.
Justin Ackerman | Instrument and Lesson Sales
 Justin joined the GitterPicker String Factory in the spring of 2008. Justin is the lead guitarist for local punk band, First Offense. Justin manages all aspects of lesson scheduling and product purchasing.

Michael Grady | Instrument Sales | Multi-Instrumental Instuctor
 Michael has been a member of the GitterPicker staff since 2007. As a multi-instrumentalist Michael is able to assist any customer with any instrument. Michael has a vast amount of knowlede with vintage gear and can quickly identify the origin of most instruments brought into the store. Michael works at GitterPicker five days a week in both sales and teaching.
Brett Ridgeway | Speciality Instrument Sales
 Brett Ridgeway is the original GitterPicker employee. He started with us when we were in our first 400sf building. Brett introduced the mountain dulcimer and the hammered dulcimer to GitterPicker as well as the Twinsburg community. Brett is passionate about traditional American music and continues to promote, demonstrate, teach, and sell these instruments at our store.
