Laura B. Radcliff | Chief Financial Officer, Founder

Laura is a graduate of The Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Laura is the brains behind the operations and keeps the store running.  Laura takes sole responsibility for maintaining the point of sale system, payroll, purchasing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Though Laura owns and runs a successful retail music store she is one of the only members on the team who does not consider herself a performing musician.  When the rest of the staff are out playing music around town, Laura is either cheering from the front row or staying at home to raise three beautiful daughters.

Steve Radcliff has been a musician in the Cleveland area since 1999.  His musical career has always taken second fiddle to his real career - technical project management.  Steve's business sense comes from several years of operational management experience at several companies like Red Roof Inns, Airtouch Cellular, Boston Communications Group, National City Bank, and DigiKnow.

Steve's true passion is performing music.  Steve can be found in the evenings at the store picking a dobro.  He can also be seen on the weekends performing with his duo partner Larnie Zellner, throughout clubs in Northeast, Ohio
